This was quite a difficult job due to the size of the doors and the height of the windows. I had various trades unwilling to undertake the work due to its complexity. “Matthew and his business Timeframe carried out a large external painting job on our strata building on Sydneys lower north shore earlier this year. The job ran for approximately 6 months. Through no fault of Matthews the job was not easy, we had many extended periods of heavy rain, and someone in a neighbouring building who lets just say, was particularly difficult. Throughout however Matthew and his staff always remained unfailingly polite and helpful. Matthew is a business owner who considers his reputation to be everything. Frequently he would go above and beyond in relation to customer service. I always knew that what ever issues or problems we might have Matthew would resolve them to our satisfaction. In a building where access is not easy, Timeframe were always exceedingly accomodating. Most days Matthew was on site himself. He was always very keen to make sure that the site was left safe and very tidy each day. He is great at communication and kept me really well informed with updates each day, I couldnt have asked for more. Its lovely to work with a tradesperson you feel you can completely trust.
